Material Policy

Material Certification

All raw materials received at Swiss Machine Products include full Material Certifications verifying size, quantity, and conformance to both our purchase order and customer specifications. Each certification is cross-referenced with corresponding Job and Purchase Order Numbers to ensure complete traceability. Copies of certifications are retained within our Quality and Job Files and can be provided to customers upon request.

Conflict Materials

Swiss Machine Products maintains a strict policy regarding Conflict Materials. We require statements or certifications from all suppliers confirming that no conflict minerals (as defined by the Dodd-Frank Act and EICC-GeSI standards) are used in the materials they provide.

We do not knowingly accept or process any materials sourced from conflict-affected regions. If a supplier is found to use conflict materials, they will be required to immediately correct the issue or be removed from our approved supplier list. Documentation supporting compliance is maintained on file and available to customers upon request.
